This was a very homey place to stay. Everything was as advertised and comfortable. We were in town for a family funeral and it was so nice to be able to stay together as a family and have a nice home to go back to together. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the pack and play available to not have to travel with one too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The host was kind and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, and all of the rooms were a great size, giving everyone plenty of space. Having a bedroom on the first floor was a huge plus and made the stay even more convenient. Matt was super responsive and helpful from start to finish. The location was also fantastic—close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was my second time staying here, and it was the perfect stay. It's a clean, quiet place with everything I needed. The yard is great for my pup, and I got a great night's sleep before continuing on my holiday road trip. I highly recommend for anyone spending time in Des Moines or just looking for a one night stop that is far superior to a hotel.

We loved our stay here! It was incredible. It felt like home away from home. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy. Super comfortable as well. We highly recommend to others and if given the opportunity we'd love to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay in DSM. The home is very cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I was in need of. Matt was an excellent host - welcoming, responsive, and genuinely hospitable throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his kindness and attention to making sure everything was just right. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great place to stay! I have stayed in a couple of Lustron homes in Iowa - love the character and history. This one did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable, fun decor, and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a great backyard and four seasons porch! Matt provided clear instructions and was quick to respond. Absolutely would recommend this great home and host!

Exactly what we were looking for with such a large group. Located in a quiet neighborhood with large driveway for parking. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone

The "CASA" was amazing. We hosted our bachelorette party attendee's to sleep and hangout here, all of our "party" festivities were in other venues.
There were 12 of us and there was more then enough beds, living room space and kitchen space for all of us! It was in a quite neighborhood and within 20 minutes of just about everything we wanted to visit in Des Moines.
Thank you for being flexible with our check in so we could make it to our 4pm reservation.
Everything was clean, there was a stocked kitchen of any cooking needs.
Thank you for a great experience, we will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
